Restocking Fee Policy
We have a restocking fee for returns due to customer reasons. The policy is as follows:
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products that meet the conditions outlined below. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Applicable Situations
Customer-initiated returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or other personal reasons, rather than a product defect or shipping error, the restocking fee will apply.
Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, additional fees may apply or the return may be declined.
Product defects or shipping errors: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, no restocking fee will be charged.
Return Conditions
Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and meet the criteria outlined in our return policy.
A valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order receipt) must be provided with the return.
Fee Calculation
The restocking fee will be calculated based on the actual purchase price of the returned product, excluding shipping costs. If the product is damaged, used, or missing packaging, additional evaluation may be required, and further charges may apply.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return policy, a refund will be issued, deducting the restocking fee from the total refund amount.
Special Terms
Certain products (such as customized items, perishable goods, etc.) may not be eligible for return or may be subject to different terms.
